Guidelines we are seeking in establishing new Dealers and Sales Representatives for our products: 

 

Prior experience in selling specialty chemical products is helpful, but it is not required.

1. We are seeking those that can devote a reasonable amount of working time to promoting our products.
2. You are able to train and direct your sales staff to demonstrate our products.
3. Your sales staff will be knowledgeable about our products.
4. You will not make any claims nor provide any information about our products to any source which you cannot prove is correct.
5. You will encourage all prospects to test and evaluate our products.
6. You are able to sell, and you will train your sales staff in good salesmanship.
7. You agree and understand that your purpose in communicating with any prospect is to learn and understand their needs
and issues specifically relating to your explaining/showing them how our product(s) can fill their needs and resolve their issues.
8. Any and all forms of advertising require our prior approval.
9. We may terminate a relationship at anytime.
 We will not sell any of your accounts who contact us directly.
