What Is Included in the Kit
Each anti slip shower tile kit contains 16 fl. oz. of SKID SAFE™ anti-slip sealer in your choice of glossy or satin finish, a cleaner/primer to prepare the tile, an applicator, a tray and a cloth. One kit covers about 35 sq. ft. of tiles, which suits most residential shower floors.
Application
Apply the cleaner/primer supplied and leave it for the time stated in the instructions, then wash well with water, then dry well, and only then apply the sealer. Never mix the products. Never apply SKID SAFE over the bond cleaner. Start with a very thin coat of SKID SAFE and repeat up to five coats; it dries fast between coats. Leave it over 24 hours before actual use. SKID SAFE is self leveling, so the application does not need perfecting; anyone can apply it. Once cured, the tile looks unchanged, grips when wet, and is easier to keep clean than a shower floor covered with mats or adhesive strips.
IMPORTANT
Always test the product on a small area first to check surface preparation, compatibility and the result you want. Follow all directions supplied with this anti slip shower tile kit, and clean the treated tile only as directed after the sealer has cured.
